Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client demands, and potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and potential buyers.
  • Present off-plan properties effectively, emphasizing unique selling points and ROI potential.
  • Prepare marketing materials and organize promotional events to attract buyers.
  • Assist clients with documentation, financing options, and payment plans.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions and mortgage brokers for seamless transactions.
  • Negotiate favorable terms between buyers and developers.
  • Stay updated on local real estate regulations and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the purchase process.
  • Generate regular sales and market performance reports to refine strategies.
