Job Summary

We're looking for someone who is passionate about closing deals and earning more from commissions, a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager who has experience closing deals with high-network individuals, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of selling luxury.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.).
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.


Requirements:

  • 4 - 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the Interior design industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
