Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s offerings and communicate the value of the therapeutic healing space
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, address their needs, and negotiate deals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to potential customers.
- Manage customer interactions across email, web, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve offerings and service delivery.
- Address customer complaints and resolve objections professionally.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to grow the online community and drive engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to comments and inquiries.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, assess customer needs, and explore growth opportunities.
- Propose innovative strategies to improve sales and drive business expansion.
- Organize and coordinate events, exhibitions, or conferences to promote the brand.
- Represent the company at industry events to build networks and partnerships.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of the gallery environment, including reasonable handling of exhibits.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support business profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
