Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve multi-billion revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish a sales training program for new employees and assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify optimal selling prices.
- Work closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:

- At least 12+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar field.
- BSc Degree in any relevant course of study
