Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-store customer experience and sales.
- Manage walk-in clients, fittings
- Handle client follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure stock is well presented and updated.
- Lead sales growth via direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale channels.
- Oversee VIP clients, personal styling, and loyalty programs.
- Manage reviews and client follow-ups to manage feedback.
- Pitch to retailers via LinkedIn regularly. (Saks, Revolve, etc)
- Manage CRM, retention strategies, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the online team for seamless omnichannel sales
Requirements:
- Strong background in luxury fashion retail or client relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales and customer loyalty.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and personalized customer service.
