Job Summary

We seek dynamic individuals to join VIP Express Tourism Ltd as a Sales Consultant. As a sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to facilitate effective communication and introduce potential clients to the offerings of VIP Express Tourism Ltd. To excel in this role, you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring exceptional presentation and communication skills to the table. The ideal candidate will exhibit enthusiasm, strong sales acumen, a results-oriented mindset, and a competitive edge. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets are essential for success in this role.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome potential clients to engaging sales presentations.
  • Establish pre-sales relationships with potential clients to foster trust and understanding.
  • Effectively pitch and promote packages offered by VIP Express Tourism Ltd.
  • Maintain consistent communication between clients and VIP Express Tourism Ltd.
  • Proactively collect and generate referrals from satisfied members and clients.
  • Collaborate with the accounts and debt collections departments to facilitate pending client payments.
  • Effective presentation delivery

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
  • Prior work experience in sales or a similar role will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication, presence, and active listening skills.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ethical and compliant with sales processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.


Core Skills:

  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills to effectively close deals. Persuade potential clients through compelling communication.
  • Customer Service Delivery: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
