Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, online, or in person.
  • Offer expert advice on product selection, sizing, and styling.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and with efficiency.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds, adhering to company policies.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department to resolve any delivery issues.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints for future reference


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Proven customer service experience. 
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
