Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialist to grow our vendor base by reaching out to businesses, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they successfully set up and start selling on Zent. You'll play a key role in educating businesses on Zent's value and supporting their adoption of the platform.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and outreach: Identify potential vendors and businesses that can benefit from Zent and reach out via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales and conversion: Present Zent’s value proposition to businesses, address questions, and encourage sign-ups.
  • Onboarding support: Guide new vendors through account setup, store creation, and product listing to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Training & Education: Provide demos, tutorials, and support materials to help vendors maximize the platform’s benefits.
  • Customer relationship management: Build strong relationships with vendors, ensuring they have a great experience and remain engaged.
  • Feedback collection: Gather insights from vendors on their onboarding experience and suggest improvements to the process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to improve onboarding strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer onboarding, or account management, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Experience using CRM tools and customer support software.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and digital sales trends is an advantage.
