Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, online chat, etc., provide financial product consultation and sales support
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and promote sales conversion
- Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, and provide timely and effective solutions

Requirements:
