Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact and follow up with potential leads generated through the company's marketing efforts by educating them on the benefits of our solutions and addressing concerns.
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, inbound leads, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by reaching out to prospects who could benefit solutions.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations as required
- Follow up with all enquiries and ensure timely communication
- Assist in closing deals by addressing last-minute questions or concerns from potential clients.
- Contribute to contract negotiations and help finalize sales agreements where needed.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support business development.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Confidently articulate product value propositions and answer technical questions to help move deals toward closing.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships quickly.
- Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools is an added advantage
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to assist in closing deals, including negotiation and objection handling.
- Self-motivation: A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of managing time effectively and meeting sales targets.
- Problem-solving: Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate how our products can address those challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products and markets, staying updated on industry trends and developments.
