Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted industries and sectors.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that address customer challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to prospects through product demonstrations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.
- Manage and track customer engagement and sales activities through the CRM system.
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three years of experience selling B2B Software like Payroll/HRMS or Accounting software to business leaders and executives
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the African business landscape and workforce development challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Able to use sales tools like; Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha.
- Has met or exceeded sales target of 5 million naira, with proven track record.
- Base Salary: N300,000 - N400,000
- Sales-based commissions.
