Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential human hair retailers in the Enugu region using various prospecting tools and techniques
- Create and maintain an organized pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to personalize outreach strategies
Lead Generation:
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including cold calling, email, and social selling
- Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
Initial Discovery:
- Conduct preliminary discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline)
- Document all prospect interactions and key information in CRM
Market Research:
- Stay current on local hair retail market trends and competitor activities
- Gather and share market intelligence with the sales team
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential new market segments
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of sales experience or recent graduate with demonstrated interest in sales
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Igbo
- Strong drive and self-motivation
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Understanding of or interest in the beauty/hair industry is a plus
