Job Description:


1. Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies that drive market growth and position Weran Solar as a leader in the photovoltaic (PV) sector in Nigeria.

2. Revenue Targets: Take ownership of ambitious sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability. Candidates must be goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales benchmarks.

3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to promote customer loyalty and long-term satisfaction.

4. Market Expansion: Identify emerging business opportunities and drive market penetration, expanding the company’s presence across West Africa.

5. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, establishing a results-driven culture that supports productivity and achievement.


Requirements:


1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, Engineering); a Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales position, with preference for candidates who have led sales teams in Fortune Global 500 companies.

3. Industry Background: Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), renewable energy, or electronics is essential.

4. Track Record: Proven success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets, with strong negotiation and client management skills.

5. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive a performance-focused team.

6. Resilience: Capable of handling work pressure and adapting quickly to fast-paced environments, especially when facing challenging sales targets.


Location: On-site work at the company office.


Start Date: Immediate availability.


Salary and Benefits:


1. Base Salary: Monthly salary in the range of $1,000 to $1,200 USD, based on experience and qualifications.

2. Sales Commission: High commission rates in line with company bonus policies.
