● Innovation in Design and Technology: Lead in architectural and interior design innovations, utilizing advanced digital tools and methodologies.
● Operational and Financial Oversight: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. Manage financial planning to surpass profitability targets.
● Dynamic Market Adaptation: Rapidly adapt business strategies to meet changing market demands and opportunities.
● Team and Culture Development: Foster a high-performance culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, emphasizing an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
● Dynamic Sales, Marketing, and Partnership: Overhaul sales, marketing, and partnership strategies to build sustainable deal flow.

Professional Credentials:
● Bachelors in Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
● Master's in Business Administration; additional certifications in project management are highly valued.
Experience:
● At least 15 - 20 years of professional experience, predominantly in leadership roles focused on project management, business development, and strategic oversight within the design and construction industry.
● Must have a strong network in the industry to help secure partners and new business.
● Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with a proven ability to use financial metrics and operational KPIs to make informed decisions.
● Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at negotiation and public speaking.
