Job Summary

We are looking to hire a product Sales Executives drive business growth by identifying and selling products to new clients. They cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while continuously seeking new ones. To maintain a competitive edge, they prioritize professional development through ongoing training and skill enhancement initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all OEM products and services offered by our company
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest the clients
  • Work with the team to ensure excellent product delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a sales engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Passionate about sales
