Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all OEM products and services offered by our company
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest the clients
- Work with the team to ensure excellent product delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a sales engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Passionate about sales
