Responsibilities:

- Educate customers about our products and services, including smart home devices, security systems, entertainment solutions, and energy management tools.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers, highlighting how they can improve their daily lives and enhance home security, comfort, and efficiency.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on customers' requirements and budget constraints.
- Assist customers with product selection, configuration, and installation processes.
- Handle sales inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials
- Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products or services.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
