Levitikal Realties and Construction is a foremost player in the realities and construction industry in Lagos State. Our specialty is in high-rise and luxury constructions. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our company's dynamic sales team, drive sales performance and efficiency in revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while providing transparent and accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.
  • Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Participate in sales and product training programs to stay updated on company offerings.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company's products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a reputable company.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in business dealings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific products and services is a plus.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for international sales.
