Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs.
- Present and promote our solar and inverter products to potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of solar products and energy solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
