Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Discover and pursue new sales prospects
- Negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Relate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Oversee inspections to give prospective buyers a view of the property before closing deals
- Profer recommendations to buyers on what properties they need to invest in to suit their needs
- Coordinate the closing of deals and ensure vital documents are signed
- Maintain contact with clients to discuss future business prospects
Requirements:
- OND in any related field
- 1 year experience in sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills
