Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Selling our services, taking bookings, and scheduling jobs
- Operations scheduling for all delivery teams across our service offerings
- Managing service delivery personnel on the ground
- Client account management
- Responding to client inquiries including internal clients
- Providing detailed information about our services, issuing quotes, and upselling services
- Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating account information
- Assisting clients with placing orders and resolving payment issues
- Chasing debtors
- Provide support and troubleshooting for client portals and apps
- Monitor client satisfaction and track trends in client feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent communication skills
