Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of our business solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in Sales, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software solutions or technology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass targets.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships.
- Problem-solving skills to address client challenges and position our solutions effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
