Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance the customer experience.

- Ensure follow-up with clients to provide after-sales support and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- HND or higher degree.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Must be comfortable traveling within the assigned region to meet clients as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking and reporting sales activities.
