We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry, real estate, insurance, or networking industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with teams.\Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
