Job Description

  • Responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction on behalf of the firm
  • Responsible for managing effective sales schedule to deliver sales target of the company efficiently
  • Responsible for identifying target market and business and conducting sales presentations for the company.
  • Manages the firm's business development activities in your assigned territory, including planning and coordinating all sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for the development of the firm's sales network and acting as a business consultant to support the development of all Bigtree International activities in your assigned territory
  • Responsible for managing clients, ensuring KPIs and quota of clients are met, and resolving all potential issues before they are escalated and beyond the control of maintaining business relationships for the company
  • Recommends managing sales opportunities, new marketing trends, and implications for business
  • Prepare a sales plan with necessary control techniques in place to ensure achievement
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure proper tracking of sales activities and follow-up.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to you by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in an FMCG company
  • Strong analytical, Confident, and dynamic personality
  • Executive a presentable demeanor
  • A strong creative and innovative outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, Honest, professional, and cordial in all beneficial relationship-building skills.
