Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Maoney, you will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. You will identify business opportunities, generate leads, and promote Maoney Connect to individuals, organizations, and businesses that would benefit from joining our platform. You will play a key role in our growth by contributing to our customer base and promoting the Maoney mission.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential users, businesses, and organizations that align with Maoney Connect’s mission.

• Present and promote Maoney Connect to prospective clients, explaining the platform’s features and benefits.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement with the platform.

• Drive sales by reaching out to businesses and individuals within African diaspora communities, demonstrating how Maoney Connect can support their needs.

• Attend events, webinars, and community gatherings to promote Maoney Connect and build connections.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Provide feedback to the marketing and development teams based on client interactions.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and manage sales data using CRM tools.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the tech or social media industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate fluently in English (Ability to communicate fluently in French is an added advantage).

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
