Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers both online and offline, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for closing deals, and a strategic approach to meeting business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage Customers: Effectively interact with potential customers through both online platforms and offline meetings.
  • Conversion to Sales: Convert customer engagements into successful sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
  • Sales Planning: Create and implement a structured sales plan to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Closing Sales: Successfully close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and convert customers both online and offline.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
