Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage Customers: Effectively interact with potential customers through both online platforms and offline meetings.
- Conversion to Sales: Convert customer engagements into successful sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
- Sales Planning: Create and implement a structured sales plan to achieve set goals and targets.
- Closing Sales: Successfully close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to engage and convert customers both online and offline.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
