Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, technical support).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Manage sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide customer feedback to improve product development and sales processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of weighing industry or related fields (e.g., logistics, manufacturing).
- Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CPS, CPM).
- Familiarity with sales automation tools.
