Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our weighing solutions to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, technical support).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Manage sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting sales performance.
  • ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • ⁠Provide customer feedback to improve product development and sales processes.
  • Product delivery


Requirements:

  • ⁠Bachelor's degree or HND in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • ⁠2-3 years of sales experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • ⁠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to travel
  • ⁠Valid driver's license.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ⁠Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • ⁠Knowledge of weighing industry or related fields (e.g., logistics, manufacturing).
  • ⁠Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CPS, CPM).
  • ⁠Familiarity with sales automation tools.
