Job Summary

Are you a sales superstar with a passion for technology and a proven track record in driving revenue growth? We're a new, dynamic custom IT services company specializing in software development and design. We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us build a larger portfolio of clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients looking for IT development and design services. Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our services can add value to their projects.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our development and design teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Success: 3+ years of experience in IT/software services sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Network: Established connections in industries that require software development and design services.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English communication. Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a win-win mindset.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
