Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients looking for IT development and design services. Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our services can add value to their projects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our development and design teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Success: 3+ years of experience in IT/software services sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Network: Established connections in industries that require software development and design services.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English communication. Ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a win-win mindset.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
