Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and pursue new leads to grow our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide detailed property consultations, tours, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Luxeview Residence properties.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and market dynamics to provide expert advice.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or luxury sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
