Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate leads.
- Conduct presentations and property tours to showcase real estate offerings and highlight their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to guide clients appropriately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, ideally in real estate.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuation principles.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.
