Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Conduct presentations and property tours to showcase real estate offerings and highlight their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms align with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to guide clients appropriately.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, ideally in real estate.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuation principles.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings.
