The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by schools and educators in Nigeria.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard schools, educators, and learning institutions.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct presentations and demos to showcase Skoolified’s value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and educators.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and user adoption.
- Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in EduTech, SaaS, or related fields.
- Strong network within the education sector (schools, universities, learning centers, and training institutes).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value of technology in education.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and address client pain points and position Skoolified as the ideal solution.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
- Ability to travel when necessary for client meetings and industry events.
