Job Description/Requirements
- Make sure there are no vacancies
- Evaluate properties and their value using local market data and property inspections
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring good communication and protecting client interests
- Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers and buyers
- Generate lists of real estate properties for sale, including details such as location and features
- Coordinate property closings and oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Promote properties with advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations in all transactions
- Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-6 years experience in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in closing deals and managing objections.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline effectively
