Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to promote the hotel’s services, including rooms, event spaces, and catering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Conduct site visits and hotel tours for prospective clients to showcase facilities and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic plans and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel services, facilities, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Persuasive negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for client meetings or events.
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
