Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights to inform business strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [your industry].
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 Monthly, commensurate with experience and performance-based incentives.
