Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the plastics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the plastic or raw materials industries.
- In-depth knowledge of resin markets including PP, PE, PVC, EVA, etc.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
