JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts to new heights by keeping our company competitive and innovative. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, maximizing our sales team's potential, and driving revenue growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base to achieve sales targets and ensure its strong presence.

● Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners and understand their needs.

● Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and quotas to ensure accurate reporting and accountability.

● Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

● Develop and implement sales processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

● Promote the company’s products and services.

● Present expense, revenue, and sales reports to the management team.

● Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences as needed.


Requirements:

● A degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of sales management experience.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.

● Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

● Ability to analyze sales data and market trends translating insights into actionable strategies.

● A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to drive sales growth.
