Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with our solutions.
- Conduct market research to spot potential customers and keep up with industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate on strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities, including interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates to management on lead quality and customer needs.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a focus on lead generation in IT.
- A proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
- Previous experience in software development and technology is an added advantage.
