Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and other sales tactics.
- Sales Presentation: Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position products or services.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to develop strategies for expanding business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
