Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and other sales tactics.
  • Sales Presentation: Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sales.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position products or services.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to develop strategies for expanding business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and a solid track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000
