Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose advertising solutions tailored to their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the client service and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to represent the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
