Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will be at the

forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your ability to build

rapport, close deals, and exceed sales targets will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.

● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

● Write and develop sales pitch to prospective leads.

● Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company-set targets.

● Understand client needs and offer solutions that benefit both the client and the company.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

● Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

● Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.

● Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

● Follow up on leads and prospects generated through marketing campaigns or independent efforts.

Skills:

● Strong communication skills.

● A great negotiator with excellent ability to close deals.

● Ability to work independently and in a team.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related.

● 2-3 years of professional sales experience.

● Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
