Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Drive sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions for their property goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to enhance our value proposition and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively engage with potential clients, guiding them through the sales journey and closing deals with precision.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, reporting on performance metrics and sales forecasts.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms to manage client pipelines and increase efficiency.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and dedicated to creating value for clients at every stage.
