Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services
  • Represent Avinell Limited at industry conferences and networking events to grow our client base and reputation
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to strategize and enhance lead-generation efforts
  • Conduct property inspections and site tours, effectively communicating value and unique property features to clients
  • Close high-value sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
  • Stay updated on market trends and Avinell’s services to provide clients with valuable insights and opportunities


Requirements:

  • Bold, determined, and proactive in pursuing leads and closing deals
  • Skilled in personalized customer service, problem-solving, and tailoring solutions for client-specific needs.
  • Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within commercial real estate or with high-profile clientele
  • Have a strong understanding of commercial property markets, investment strategies, and client relationship management.

Location: Lagos Island (Hybrid)

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 with commission
