About the Job:

As Training Executive in vivo Nigeria, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing employee training and development programs within an organization.

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying the training needs of the organization through various methods such as surveys, interviews, performance reviews, and business goals analysis.

2. Plan, prepare and carry out NHIT for the branch office according to approved plan.

3. Developing and designing training programs and materials that address identified needs. This includes creating curricula, selecting instructional methods.

4. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance metrics. Making adjustments to improve program outcomes based on feedback and performance data.

5. Collaborating with other departments, managers, and HR professionals to align training initiatives with organizational goals and ensure that training supports overall business objectives

6. Give product training to promoters for the region.

7. Collecting and analyzing data related to training effectiveness and employee performance. Preparing reports and presentations for senior management to demonstrate the impact of training initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

1. Any bachelor's degree (Preferably Management Degree & Completed)

2. One-year previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

3. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite

4. You have to be fast learner, quick thinker, analytical with a passion for sales and marketing
