Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve company goals
- Market and promote the company’s product and offerings
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in any field
- 2 years + of good sales experience in Real Estate
- Preferably female
- Track record of sales in real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong Marketing skills / Social media Savvy
- Must reside on the island axis of Lagos State for close proximity to the work location
- Applicant must be 25 to 38 years of age.
Location: Ikota Estate
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 300,000 Monthly (inclusive of target) + commission and incentives
Work Structure: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
