We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base by promoting our consultancy services to students and educational institutions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage customer relationships, maintain a visitor database, and follow up with leads.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on converting leads into successful admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain records efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate overlapping time zones with the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
  • Generate clients by evaluating students' academic qualifications based on requirements for the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of student visa processes, including writing Statements of Purpose (SOP) and understanding university admission procedures.
  • Handle university and visa applications proficiently.
  • Have a good understanding of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Mentor students and parents in making informed enrollment decisions for studying abroad.
  • Manage the entire process from initial counseling to visa processing.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education consulting or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of student visa processes and university admission procedures for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools for lead generation and promotion.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage applications, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service with a focus on converting leads into successful admissions.
  • Ability to mentor students and parents through the enrollment and visa processes for studying abroad.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate time zones in different countries.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions for university applications and visa procedures
