Job Summary
We are one of the leading product manufacturers /distribution companies in the mobile phones and accessory industry. We are currently seeking experienced and talented Retail/Wholesale executives to join our team. A sales executive is responsible for meeting with customers to negotiate sales or supply terms. Such individuals will Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers, take and process orders, promote the company’s products or services, and look for new business.

Responsibilities:
Sales
Strategy Development:
- Establish sales goals, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to improve sales.
- Activating retail Accounts PAN Nigeria.
- Design Customer Loyalty Programs
- Organizing promotional campaigns and events
Customer Relationship Management
- Demonstrate excellent Customer relational Skill
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies
Team Management
- Possess strong Leadership Skills.
- Responsible for hiring, training, Coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales associates to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Data Analysis
- Demonstrate analytical Skills, be conversant with Microsoft Excel applications, and be able to analyze Sales Data.
- Analyze customer data to assess buying behaviors and trends
Inventory Management
- Ensure proper stock levels to avoid stock-out or aging stocks within the Retail Channel
- Maintain inventory levels and merchandising displays
Profit and Loss
- The Retail Lead will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring minimum profitability is met within the channel.
- Responsible for recovery of all Aging receivables under management.
Wholesale Lead Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
- Help customers select products to meet customer’s needs, product specifications, and regulations
- Emphasize product features that will meet customer’s needs, and exhibit the capabilities and limitations of their products
- Answer customer's questions about the prices, availability, and uses of company products
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Prepare and submit sales orders for processing
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and marketing information
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have
Requirements and Skills
- 3+ years of proven sales experience within the retail and wholesale space leading and managing sales teams within the mobile phone and accessories industry
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT and outlook)
- Excellent customer service and sales /closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, phone and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM software is a plus
- B.Sc/HND in marketing, communications, or related field.
