Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various lead-generation strategies.
- Conduct property tours, site inspections, and open house viewings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.
- Negotiate terms and close property deals in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client communications, and transaction details.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in real estate sales or a similar sales role (Real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
