Strongmas Residence and Development Company Limited is committed to providing luxurious, comfortable and quality properties. We are looking to fill the position below:

Job Position: SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: SANGOTEDO, LAGOS

Employment type: FULL TIME (ON-SITE)


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Promoting the company's brand image and introducing company’s product to the market in line with achieving set targets.
  • Anticipating new sales/marketing opportunities.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales/marketing goals.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Scheduling site inspections and booking sales appointment meetings with prospects 
  • Ensuring effective follow up for timely settlement of all payments due to the Company.


Qualifications

  • Possess BSc in marketing, business administration or any other degree
  • 2-3 years' quota carrying sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office
