Job role: Sales Executive with experience in Banking and Real Estate.
Work Mode : Onsite
Remuneration: Salary plus commission.
Location: Ikota, Ajah, Lagos or Festac Town
NB: Candidates must live close to job location.
Responsibilities :
1. *Client Relationship Management*: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. *Market Analysis and Strategy Development*: Conducting market research to identify potential real estate investment opportunities, understanding market trends, and analyzing competitors.
3. *Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals*: Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, leveraging knowledge from the banking sector to discuss financing options, and guiding clients through the purchasing process.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Estate Management or related discipline.
Industry experience in Banking and Real Estate.
