Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
Conduct property site inspections and house tours.
Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Implement effective property marketing strategies.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals to potential clients.
Stay informed on real estate market trends and best practices.
Expand personal and professional networks to tap into industry opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and market trends.
Proven track record of successful high-value sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interpret social cues and engage clients effectively.
Proficient in value-based selling techniques.
